Insureops didn't start as a product idea. It started with the same problems, in company after company: policies re-keyed from PDFs, commissions argued over because the numbers lived in three places, renewals lost when one person was on leave, and month end that took a week to close.
Those aren't people problems. They're what happens when a business outgrows a system that was only ever built to store information. So we built one that does the work: reads the policy, builds the commission rules, chases the renewal, moves the premium, matches the settlement, and reports on all of it live.
